Large outdoor space, short drive to historic downtown Arcadia, Water access, Boat docks and within walking distance to Peace River Charters, where you can do airboat, swamp buggy and horseback riding tours, fossilor rent canoes for a day on the river!Only an hour from the top beaches in Florida! The space Three Cozy Bedrooms: Enjoy restful nights in our well-appointed bedrooms, each designed with your comfort in mind. The master bedroom boasts a plush king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom offers a queen-size bed, while the third bedroom is perfect for kids or additional guests with a full size/twin bunk bed. Two Modern Bathrooms: Both bathrooms are fully equipped with fresh linens, and modern fixtures to ensure a comfortable stay. One roll of toilet paper per bathroom. Fully Equipped Kitchen: Cook up a feast in our kitchen, complete with all the essentials including a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and Keurig and regular coffee maker. One paper towel roll & One dishwashing pod per stay. Living Area: Relax in the cozy living room with comfortable seating and large flat-screen TV. Outdoor Spaces: Take advantage of the Florida sunshine in our spacious backyard. Lounge on the patio, grill up a BBQ, or walk down to the river for a peaceful afternoon by the water. Guest access Guests will have full access to the entire home, including the backyard and private river access. Parking is available on-site.
