Aspen Suite, at Taylor Creek Lodge

Tranquil and enchanting getaway located on 35 forested and meadowed acres with a creek and waterfall to enjoy. You can hear the ocean from the property while relaxing in our hot tubs. Upper walking trails afford an ocean view. Individual suites are tailored for privacy, but still have access to all the common areas and amenities. We serve a hearty breakfast each morning, with locally sourced fresh ingredients that can be added to your stay. The Aspen is perfect for families or groups. The space The Aspen suite is a very large suite (1000sq ft) consisting of the entire second story. There are three bedrooms and a sleeping nook and can sleep up to 9 in beds. This space is perfect for a family, couples traveling together, multi-generational groups, or special interest tourist groups. Bedroom 1 is a queen with a 4 poster bed and occasional chair. Bedroom 2 is a king sleep number with a dresser and occasional chair. Bedroom 3 is a bunk room with a twin over full bunkbed. The overflow sleeping area has a full bed, dresser and a large privacy screen. One large spa bath serves this suite, however if needed for larger groups, there is access to a full bathroom in the lodge off the game room. This suite has a large gas fireplace, sectional couch, occasional chair, stocked with games, large TV, table and chairs, microwave, large fridge and coffee station. Guest access All guests at Taylor Creek Lodge have full access to our gym, sauna, hot tubs, decks, picnic areas, walking trails, western bar/kitchen/game room, guest laundry, 2 great rooms, 2 dining areas and parking. There are lots of fun things to do right here at the lodge. Trampoline, climbing ropes, slack line, nightly bonfire with s'mores, gold panning station with supplies to borrow or purchase, botchie balls, horseshoes, lots of board games, pool table, air hockey, gaming console, kitchen garden with a green house. There is a chicken house with a group of "working girls" you can help gather eggs or feed them if you like. There are also horses on the property you can visit. During your stay Hosts Dale and Rachel live on site, but not in the Lodge. We are available for local recommendations for things to do or restaurants to visit. We are pretty social, but if you just want to keep to yourselves, that's okay we understand that's what you need, just give us a heads up. Other things to note If you want to add breakfast, its available for purchase. We always serve all you can eat, coffee, teas, juices, yogurts, pastries, fruits, a main dish, egg dish and bacon or sausage.
