Suitable for families, work trips or couples! The space This fully functional decor 3-bedroom house seamlessly blends contemporary elegance with historic charm. Enjoy the brand-new kitchen and bathrooms, complemented by the original ‘losa criolla’ flooring. Our thoughtfully crafted furniture ensures that every detail contributes to a warm and comfortable guest experience. Our rooms exude cozy vibes, thanks to thoughtful design and efficient space utilization, ensuring an enjoyable stay! The house is conveniently situated just 20 minutes from the airport. You’ll have easy access to major highways and various routes, making it a perfect base for exploring the island. It's close to restaurants, bakeries and a cash & carry corner store that's perfect to stock-up for your adventures. It counts with free wifi, two free parking spaces and it's a pets friengly space! Sink into the plush comfort of the king-sized bed in the master bedroom. Enjoy the private master bathroom, complete with luxurious shower amenities and organize your belongings effortlessly using the hand-crafted wardrobe. The second room boasts a queen-sized bed for a restful night’s sleep. A dresser and additional wardrobe ensure maximum comfort and organization. While the third bedroom is the smallest, it offers a comfy full bed. Need to work or study? You’ll find a dedicated workspace with a desk and drawers, along with a convenient lamp. Smartly designed, this room also features a wall-mounted clothes rack for efficient organization. As you step through the main door, the cozy living room awaits, complete with a comfortable sofa and chair—a perfect spot for relaxed conversations with your companion. Moving forward, the open kitchen and dining area come into view. Our well-equipped kitchen ensures you have everything needed to prepare delicious meals. And for those special occasions, we’ve included wine glasses and elegant fabric napkins, allowing you to indulge in creating a fancy dinner for your family or that special someone. Bon appétit! This area is nice and cooled by the air conditioning unit located in the family room, which extends its airflow into this space. The family room seamlessly connects to the kitchen and dining area, creating an open and inviting space. You’ll find a comfortable L-shaped sofa, perfect for lounging and relaxation. The room also boasts a 49-inch TV for entertainment. Additionally, a full-size inflatable air mattress aligns almost seamlessly with the sofa, providing a cozy sleeping area. Our house features a ventilated marquee/garage with a unique touch—the side wall is constructed from open ornamental concrete blocks. Inside, it comfortably accommodates one vehicle, while an additional parking spot awaits just outside the front gate. But that’s not all! At the back of the marquee/garage, we’ve thoughtfully created a cozy sitting area where our guests can unwind and enjoy the variety of spaces we’ve designed. Guest access You'll have access to the entire house including living room, family room, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining room and 2 parking spaces: one in the marquee/garage and the other just outside the garage's gate. The is also a sitting area at the back of our ventilated marquee/garage. Other things to note We ask for the signature of a rental agreement / release of liability to be completed prior to checking-in. To this end, we require Main Guest's email address after booking. **Our master bedroom is equipped with a solar water heater, ensuring hot showers even during storms or power outages. Please note that this feature is **exclusive to the master bedroom**. The other bathrooms runs.on electrical. While our historic residence may display the occasional imperfection in its tiles and walls, these are testaments to its rich history and the passage of time. Rest assured, the plumbing and electrical systems are maintained in excellent condition. Kindly be aware that the bedrooms have distinct window placements. The master bedroom’s bathroom windows, positioned near the ceiling, ensure privacy while allowing natural light. The second bedroom boasts high windows on the side wall that open to the back of the house, and the third bedroom has a window that leads to our airy marquee/garage. We count with great cross ventilation as when you open the kitchen door and living room windows, a refreshing breeze circulates, offering a pleasant alternative to air conditioning and enhancing the ambiance while cooking.
