Modern 2nd-floor apartment with 2 bedrooms (both with double bed, 1 of which is in the living room). Open kitchen, bright living room and western balcony with evening sun. Perfect location: supermarket and Schothorst station around the corner, 5 min to Amersfoort city center, 30 min to Amsterdam. Buses 5 & 7 stop in front of the door (5 min to the city center). Prefer to walk? Center in 30 minutes on foot! including private parking space in garage. The ideal and central base! The space Our modern and bright home offers an open living space where the living room and kitchen blend seamlessly. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances for a comfortable stay. In the living room, there is a double bed, ideal for extra guests. Through the hall, you can reach the bathroom with shower, washing machine and dryer, and the toilet. A corridor leads to the second bedroom (on the gallery side), also here is a double bed. The western-facing balcony, adjacent to the kitchen, is perfect for sunsets. In warm weather, screens for the living room windows and a roller shutter in the bedroom provide cooling. There is also air conditioning in the living room and bedroom. Guest access Upon arrival, you enter the apartment complex with the key to the main entrance. You park in the covered parking garage (under the complex) in your private space (number 20), accessible with the black drop on the key ring. In the apartment, you use the second key obtained. Please note: of the three rooms, two are available for your use. 1 bedroom is private and remains closed. You do have access to all other areas, including the boiler cabinet (with vacuum cleaner) and the meter cabinet, should it be necessary. Other things to note During your stay, the Philips Hue lighting system is switched off. As a result, the light switch at the living room door (ceiling spots) does not work. However, you can operate the following lights manually: - Mood light on the shelf by the bed. - Floor lamp with bulb in the corner by the window (on/off via rotary knob on the socket). - Floor lamp at the dining table. - Kitchen lamp under the hanging kitchen cabinet on the corner by the stove.
