House (Ground floor) Facing the port

This accommodation facing the port is very bright and is close to all sights and amenities. You can head towards the sea, follow the pier or go to the Platier d'Oye nature reserve, use the bocce courts 30 meters away, cross the channel using the canoe (free of charge) and discover Petit Fort Philippe. For parking, there is a large free parking lot right in front of the apartment. The space This is a studio with separate kitchen and bathroom. Two large fixed windows with electric shutters make the apartment very bright. It is intended for 2 people but I can provide a folding crib. You will have WiFi and Netflix. Guest access If I can't be present when you arrive or leave, a lockbox is installed. Well-lit access to the entrance, free parking (with places for people with reduced mobility + video surveillance) is in front of the apartment. Other things to note In winter, it will be appreciated if the guest manages the heating in a prudent and responsible manner. Starting in November, the nightly rate includes heating, but we will monitor the actual consumption, and in the event of excess usage, an additional charge may be requested. I provide towels. The bed will be made upon arrival. You will find a few pods for the coffee machine (Tassimo) as well as a few cold drinks.
