Authentic Small town experience

My house is located in Orosi Costa Rica in a small friendly mountain town very accessible by bus from San Jose, but a world away from the hectic city life. My house is 3 blocks from everything- grocery store, bus stop, etc. Great views upstairs. The space Orosi is a walking town with very friendly neighbors, you have several options for taking spanish classes: Blue Morpho Spanish School, and OTIAC, only 3 blocks from my house. Many low key tours near by including coffee tours, waterfall tour, Lancaster orchid garden, the Cartago Basilica, horseback riding, or simply walking around the town. My house has WI-FI, a gas cook stove, large frig, costa rican coffee maker, blender, one couch, two comfortable chairs, large double bed, one single bed, and a hammock on the upstairs porch where you have great views of the Turriabla volcano and Parque Tapanti. Due to the mountain climate it never gets cold and never gets hot in Orosi. Always between 57 F- 85F. Even in the height of the rainy season ( Sept- Nov) there normally is still some sun in the morning. My yard has many rainforest plants, fruits trees, and flowers and thus attracts a variety of birds and butterflies. Guest access You can use the whole house and are welcome to eat any fruits that might be ripe. Other things to note There can be some barking dog noise but they tend to be quiet at night. Sometimes the people on the left do some cooking on their wood cook stove 2-3 times a day. Be sure to keep the gate locked when you are not home and security lights on the timer if you leave for the night. The house is very safe and in general Orosi is also safe and I have no problem walking alone at night but best to not walk on dark streets or over the walking bridge.
