It has its own entrance and includes: A bedroom with a comfortable double bed, a wardrobe and well-functioning air conditioning. The modern bathroom includes a rain shower with hot water, toilet and sink. The newly renovated living room/kitchen includes a refrigerator, induction plate and coffee corner. Relax on the luxurious comfortable sofa or make use of the cozy swings. Netflix can also be used! In front of the bedroom is a terrace with lounge sofa for your own use. Please note that the property has a difference in height and the apartment contains stairs. Guest access The site is surrounded by a high wall. To enter, you can use a remote-controlled electric gate. You can also enter through the side door. Take advantage of the lovely tropical shared swimming pool or the lounge set in the garden. There is also a possibility to use the outdoor kitchen, the outdoor toilet or the BBQ. Please note: the house is on a hill, so there is a difference in height and there are stairs in the house.
