Note: The place is on 4th floor (has no lift) so not suitable for seniors Room heaters are provided at an EXTRA fee in winters The space It is a beautifully designed room with heritage era vintage doors and distress furniture. It sleeps 2 people on a queen bed, and can potentially take 1 more person on floor mattress. The room has a beautiful living area. It has an aesthetically designed private attached bath & toilet. For your safety and security, the common areas (kitchen and terrace) are actively monitored by cctv cameras. During winter months, room heaters are provided at a nominal extra cost. Guest access An open air terrace and kitchen are shared with the second room, which may have other guests/owner. All common areas can be accessed by guests! Please be mindful, of course, that you're sharing space with other guests :) Smoking is allowed only in the open terrace, provided it doesn't trouble others present. During your stay The host would love to spend time with guests enjoying conversations to make your travel richer and easier if you choose to. Or enable you to have a non-interfering stay, whatever you choose Other things to note There is no parking on the premises. People who are driving down, please consider this before booking: you might have to park near the society gate on the street. Having a chauffeur will be super helpful. (or choosing Uber, better still) Small parties/events are facilitated, at an extra charge for the place and amenities.
