It has a nice swimming pool, a gym big enough with state of the art facilities, a playground where your kids can play and enjoy, and a park where you can jog, have a picnic, or just sit down, relax, and unwind. Ayala Vertis North Mall is inside the compound and would take 2-3mins drive or 10-15mins walk. Roving Security Guards inside and outside the bldg and state of the art Security Cameras will definitely make you feel secured. Guest access Guests can access swimming pool, gym, playground, and Vertis Park free of charge. We also provide free parking for our guests. Other things to note Notes for early and late check-in 1. Check-in time is from 2pm - 9pm. If check-in is later than 9:00pm, there will be a penalty of 500 pesos. If later than 12mn, you will be accomodated the ff day na po. 2. Check-out time is between 9:01am-11:30am. Early check-out will be charged 500 pesos. *Please consider that I also have my family and business to attend to, so pls be considerate about the check-in and check-out time.
