Cottage in a quiet, green location, perfect for recharging your batteries as a family or with friends. Bike paths are 5 km (3 miles) away, and hiking trails are also nearby. On site, there is a locked room for your bikes and a bike-washing station. The Neuvon spring flows through the property, providing the opportunity to fish for trout. For horse lovers, there is a stable with an arena on site, and the option to go horseback riding (optional/arranged when making your reservation). The space On the ground floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen (dolce gusta capsule coffee maker) with its dining table overlooking a window door that offers the possibility of meals outside. Indeed, you have a large terrace with garden table and chairs. Please note that the water is not good to drink on the estate because it comes from a spring, so bring your own water bottles. The owner provides a pack of water on arrival, it's up to you to plan for the rest of your stay. However, the water is good for cooking or washing. At your disposal there will be a gas plancha available from June to September (to be cleaned by you on the day you leave). A living room with a pellet stove completes this ground floor. On the 1st floor you have two bedrooms (160 bed and the other in 180) each with their own shower room with toilet. On the second and top floor, two bedrooms (160 beds) with this time an independent shower room and toilet to share on the landing. Upon arrival, all beds will be made and towels as well as kitchen towels will be provided. Which gives you real comfort. Free parking is in front of the gite. You will also have access to the outdoor swimming pool of the estate, which is shared with other guests and unheated. It is open from 06/01 to 09/15. Accessible daily during this period from 11am to 8pm. PLEASE NOTE that children must remain under the supervision of an adult. Please provide bath linens for use. Guest access Independent entrance.
