Cozy room in Washington Heights

Medium size room available in my apartment in Washington Heights, less than 5 minutes walking to subway stops : 157th (1), 163rd (C), 168th (A,C, 1). Full size bed, big closet and work space, smartTV, high speed internet, A.C, and more extras. You will share the bathroom with me and/or other guest. Lots of restaurants, bars, supermarkets, deli's and stores in the area. Subway rides from-to the aparment: Times Square 20 min Wall St 40 min JFK Airport train/Howard's Beach (A) 1h15min The space The apartment has 3 private and separate spaces, 2 are located in guests area and I do live in my own space. Guest access Guests have access to the bathroom. KITCHEN IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR COOKING. Check with the host in case of allergies or special needs. The room has a kitchenette area with mini fridge, microwave, kettle, French press coffee, silverware, plates, bowls and glasses/cups. Kitchen sink and table are available for cleaning dishes and/or have a meal. Please make a responsible use. IMPORTANT! NYC laws for Airbnb short term stays doesn’t allow knob with keys for the room door. The room door can be locked from the inside. The room includes a safe box with password for personal and valuable items. During your stay I use to work in a close area, on weekdays with a morning schedule, so I’ll be usually at home to receive the guests. For early arrivals there is a key accesible in a locker.
