Just 5 minutes from the Arezzo Equestrian Centre and 10 minutes from the center of Arezzo, a perfect blend of countryside tranquility and city vibrancy. The suite is complete with a private bathroom and offers a breakfast area. The space A bright and comfortable space. The suite offers a double bed, an en-suite bathroom complete with sink, toilet, bidet, and shower, as well as a desk with study area and breakfast corner. There is no kitchen, but each room is equipped with a kettle, coffee machine (Bialetti), and small refrigerator. This makes each suite independent. The room is modern, and the entire structure was renovated in March 2024. The windows are also new and soundproofed, creating a quiet and comfortable environment despite facing the street. A large private parking area is available for guests, convenient even for vans, trailers, or horse trailers. A fenced green area with a veranda is located next to the parking lot, in front of the house. Guest access The structure is entirely on the ground floor (without the need to climb any steps) and is composed of: • Private entrance from the street, leading to a small hallway. • Iris room with double bed and en suite bathroom. • Study and breakfast corner (kettle, Bialetti coffee machine, and small fridge). • Large private parking area with space for large vehicles. • Fenced garden area across the street. Other things to note • We provide clean bed linen and towels for each guest. • 5 minutes from the Equestrian Centre. • Parking available for trailers, trucks, or vans. • The house is located along the road, the windows are soundproofed. • Please note that the booking amount includes the tourist tax, which is automatically calculated and paid to the Municipality of Arezzo. • Access to the property is available independently via self check-in. • To access the property, it will be necessary to complete the check-in (within the time specified in the listing), during which the valid documents of each guest will be required.
