Welcome to Kozi’s Guest House, located in the village of Orizaj, just a 5-minute drive from Berat city. Enjoy peaceful mornings to the sounds of birds and roosters. The living room offers a cozy seating area with a TV, Wi-fi and airco. The kitchen is equipped with a dining table and all nessesary appliances for meal preparation. Relax in the spacious bathroom with a large bathtub and washing machine. Explore our spacious backyard for activities and relaxation during your stay. The space The house offers 2 bedrooms with a king size bed each, big closets, one beauty table, two night tables and each bedrooms has a big window that offers daylight. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, oven, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, mixer and more. We kindly ask you to respect all the glasses provided in the property and to report any damages directly. The living room provides a u-shaped sofa with a table in the middle and a smart-TV. The bathroom is divided into two rooms, one room at the front is the laundry area and then the main bathroom. Both rooms have a small window for daylight. When you take a shower we kindly ask you to leave the window semi-open or open for some ventilation. The property has a private and secured parking that could fit 2 cars or a camper van. The surrounding is very green with a balcony, yard and backyard. Guest access We offer a shelf check-in. The key can be collected from the safe in the entrance of the house. We provide you with the code 48h prior to your check-in date. Other things to note We would like to bring into you attention that the house does not provide any heating in the bedrooms. During winter time we provide you with heating blankets, and manual heaters for each room. In the summer the house cool all day long and mostly you do not need any air-conditioning. During summer the temperature house is around 23°C.
