The studio is on the 1st floor of our house. Studio composition: double bed, 1 person sofa bed, equipped kitchen: hob, oven, fridge, freezer,dishwasher and bathroom with bathtub. The windows are velux with automatic blackout curtains. Baby equipment available on request. The entrance is through the garage. You have the option to rent the bedroom with bathroom glued to the studio with extra charge (double bed, double sofa bed). The space Pets are welcome. The property has these basic amenities: toilet paper, hand and body soap, towel and pillow per guest, bed linen. Kitchen: nespresso coffee, tea, salt, pepper, aromatic herbs, olive oil, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tablets, cleaning product, garbage bag... Let us know what you need. Guest access Close to shops and transport, 20min walk to RER A and Bus 114 to 8min, 4 stops from Paris Gare de Lyon and 7 stops from Dysney. Possibility to park for free on weekends in the parking lot next to Neuilly-Plaisance train station. We are about 25 min from Charles de Gaulle airport and 35 min from Orly depending on road traffic.
