An apartment you will remember! Warm, tastefully decorated, quiet, perfectly equipped; you will enjoy a Parisian stay par excellence. Located in the heart of the Saint Ouen flea market, 500 m from Paris and close to the metro, you will be connected in a few minutes to the center of Paris. The plus: an electric bike station at the foot of the building! The living room: Social area, overlooking a quiet garden without cars. You can watch movies with the overhead projector and the Canal+ and Disney subscription. Master bedroom: Great tranquility, the bedding is high-end, queen size, and linen sheets. This bedroom overlooks the garden for total calm and the curtains are blackout. Secondary bedroom: Can accommodate one person in a single bed, two people in separate beds or a couple in a double bed. The sheets are linen and this room overlooks a garden guaranteeing absolute calm. Games and toys are available for children ;) ⚠️ KID-FRIENDLY⚠️ Please let me know if you need any baby equipment 🚼 Bed / baby bouncer / stroller / baby carrier etc... Bathroom: 170 cm bathtub. A set of two towels per person is provided. Sothys shower gel, shampoo and body cream are also available (please note that these are not free samples, please do not take the bottles with you! ;) ) I provide my hair dryer. Laundry room with washer, dryer and products are also accessible. The Kitchen: 100% equipped You won't want for anything! Quality utensils and knives, oven, stove, dishwasher, but also a centrifuge, rice cooker, blender, etc. You can enjoy all my condiments, spices, oils, vinegars... And I offer breakfast 🥐☕️ with brioche, jam, spread, tea, coffee, chocolate...
