Perfect for family gatherings. In these 220 m2 you will find: - On the ground floor: large entrance (with Pleyel piano), large bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet, large living room with fully equipped kitchen open to dining room: solid oak table and 8 chairs (additional tables and chairs available), - Games room: (bar, billiards, arcade with 300 games, dart board, board games, etc.), - 1st floor: 3 bedrooms, (2 with double bed and 1 with 2 single beds), bathroom with large walk-in shower and toilet, mezzanine living room with large screen TV (Netflix), sofa bed and bookcase, laundry room (washing machine and dryer), - 2nd floor: 1 small living room/children's playroom with Netflix TV and sofa bed, one bedroom with two single beds and an additional bedroom (mezzanine) with a double bed. These spaces are very attic-like.
