Charming and cozy apartment in downtown SP

Beautiful apartment in downtown SP! Shops, bars, restaurants, various cultural activities and everything else that the center of this great São Paulo metropolis can provide will be very close to you! The building has a 24-hour virtual concierge, the apartment is quite safe and comfortable :) The space will be rented in its entirety, so it will not be shared with anyone other than the people in the reservation. The apartment has a double bed, a single bed and an extra mattress, but I believe it can accommodate 2 or 3 people. The space The apartment has colorful decoration, making it a pleasant, relaxed and high-spirited environment. Check out the photos :) They are from April 2023. The rooms have large windows, which makes it possible to air them out and let in a lot of light. You can close them completely so you won't be awakened by the light if you don't want to. The mattresses in the 2 bedrooms are new and very comfortable. The sheets are 100% cotton with 180 threads (it sounds like a small thing, but it makes a big difference in the quality of sleep). The shower is a Lorenzetti shower with good pressure and temperature control by rod - being easy to reach and regulate according to your taste. I leave the hammock in the single room (which is quite comfortable for watching SmarTV), fans and mosquito repellents. The single bedroom has a small work/study desk, chair and lamp; a pouf that can serve as a bedside table or support (for feet or things), as well as some plants and books. The second bedroom, with a double bed, has a TV and fan, 2 bedside tables/support, an available part of the closet and a large drawer for storing clothes and things. In the living room there is another work and study space with a sliding table. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire space. Please note that the apartment is the place where I live (I am renting it out in its entirety because I will be away for 2 months) and not a rental apartment. That explains the locks on some drawers and cabinets. I ask, earnestly, for care and respect for my little house, okay? 💜 During your stay I prefer to give the guest space, but I am available for any information in person or by cell phone (WhatsApp). Other things to note The kitchen is very well equipped with dishes, pots, platters and kitchen utensils. I leave some spices and salt available. In addition to the oven, stove, refrigerator with freezer, microwave and filter, a blender, sandwich maker and mixer are available. Trash can be collected and disposed of in the two cans behind the fire door on the apartment floor.
