We can’t wait to host you at our cozy 1BR, 1BA guest house in Tacoma's scenic North End. You’ll enjoy a bright, airy living area, Smart TV, electric fireplace, fold-down desk, and a full kitchen. Rest up in a king bed with 100% cotton sheets & blackout curtains. Laundry? Washer/dryer included. Relaxing at sunset? Enjoy the deck with Puget Sound views. You are only: 5 min to Point Ruston & Dune Peninsula 5 min to Point Defiance Park, Zoo & Aquarium 7 min to UPS Campus 10 min to Downtown Tacoma The space You will be staying in a detached guest suite in the backyard of the property. You will need to walk down a small set of stone steps and up a small set of wooden stairs to access the unit. There is wooden deck that connects the guest suite to the roof top patio, as well as connects to the main home on the property, but it will be used exclusively by you during your stay. Just so you are aware, there is an entrance to another suite which is part of the main house in the backyard where people may come and go. Guest access You will have access to your cottage, the deck above your unit, and the backyard (just please don't use the hot tub, as it needs repairs). The patio is connected to the main house on the property via the deck, but we will make sure that you have absolute privacy while enjoying the patio and your unit. Other things to note Please be aware that in order to access the suite you will need to walk down several stone steps and then up a small set of wooden stairs, potentially making it difficult to access for someone with mobility issues.
