KITCHEN amenities: -Full size refrigerator, blender, toaster, microwave -Coffee and tea in cabinets- drip coffee maker - tea pot   -ICE maker LIVING ROOM:
16 foot high ceilings  -a smart television with remote control connected to wifi. No cable channels available. -dining areas - you can enjoy eating near the kitchen on stools, at the small round tropical wood table or on the patio. -separate work nook in living room provides a large work table 
Outdoor patio: Open the large shutter doors of living room and there is a sizable outdoor patio with table, chairs  and umbrella.  Under the Stairs sitting area: Under the stairs there is a chest that has beach towels. Feel free to use the sunscreen in the trunk.


Bedrooms - 2 located on 2nd floor -each has individual inverter unit Master bedroom: queen size bed ,large closet and sitting area The twin bedroom has 2 single beds, a small closet to hang garments & night stands that fit carry-on luggage.  BATHROOM - Small but full, includes shower stall with grab bar, sink, high toilet and basic necessities:   Guest access Contact co- host or host via text Owner always available 24 /7 by phone or text Other things to note Regardless of the amount of time you stay, our goal is to provide an affordable, comfortable, pleasant experience while staying in Old San Juan.  
This is a great first floor apartment with the feeling of a townhouse. Peaceful with all the amenities to relax, rest, think, sleep and work peacefully at any time of the day or night.  It is comfortable for up to 4 persons.
