Strictly no drugs in the house 5. Strictly no party in the house. 6. Strictly no deep frying in the house. (Only light cooking allowed). 7. Switch off Aircond and all electrical appliance when not using them. 8. We would be grateful if you could remove the trash/rubbish from the unit, to avoid roaches in the house. (not mandatory) 9. Please ensure to take all your belongings with you before checking out. As part of security requirements, you will be required to provide your ID (Malaysian/Singaporean NRIC), driving license or International passport. (Mandatory). Check In details will only be provided once you share your ID. Host is not responsible if Check-In details are not furnished.
