Within walking distance of most shops, restaurants, bars, the theater and beach, this comfortable space offers relaxation and charm. Bedroom one sleeps a queen, bedroom two has a queen and a full sized bed, the comfy living room and dining boast one of the most beautiful views of historic Marine City and the St.Clair River. The space Large spacious sitting area, with potential pull-out couch for additional sleep arrangements, open dining area, both with great views of downtown and the river. Basic kitchen, with two rooms featuring a queen bed in one room,a full and queen in the second bedroom, walking distance to almost every bar and restaurant, the theater is just a block away, antique shopping and local boutiques all right there! future arcade coming in the lower space of the building for more fun! Unique in that it is so accessible to everything and boasts views of the river and the town. Kid-friendly, and space are adaptable to accommodating kids to feel welcome with kid sheets, games, baby sitters, crib, high chair, stroller, etc. We can also accommodate the fisherman with parking for trailers on the side lot . Guest access Guests have access to whole second floor apartment, we have two parking spaces on the side and also have space for those fishing boat trailers!
