House in a gated condominium with 24hrs security. It has a walking track, sand court, soccer field and playground. Only 600 meters from the Araruama lagoon and 2 km from the Atlantic Ocean. Our accommodation is close to restaurants, pharmacies and supermarkets. The space The private bedroom accommodates up to 5 people, with a comfortable double bed and a bunk bed with the bed underneath being a widow . The bathroom is shared. The room has a TV with all channels. Bed linen, blankets, bath towels and pillows are also available. The room has air conditioning. The kitchen is shared but has all the structure you need like (sponge, detergent and pan), electric stove, cooking utensils like (pots, dishes, cutlery, cups and cups), coffee container and strainer, sandwich maker, electric kettle, fridge with filtered water. Guest access Access to the bedroom is via stairs in the living room. The rest of the house is located on the first floor, and circulation is prohibited.
