This studio provides an opportunity to relax, revitalise and reflect in a calming tranquil studio. Take a rest from the South West Coastal Path, which are only 100m away from the doorstep. An 8 minute walk to 3 miles of golden sands, perfect for dog walks, sea dips or water sports. A new and very comfortable Emma mattress for this double bed. Small kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle. Ensuite has a lovely hot shower. Guest access Studio @ 10 The Dunes has its own private front door and a self check in so guests can come and go as they like. All guest areas described are for the sole and exclusive use of the guests. This includes the small kitchen area in the entrance, bedroom and ensuite. The studio is attached to a wider larger house, often occupied by the hosts. The wider house remains private for the hosts. There is also off street parking for the Studio @ 10 guests in an enclosed gravel driveway. There is also a small patio with table and chairs to enjoy the sunshine. This driveway area can be enclosed for dogs too.
