Enjoy the lovely setting of this private spot in an area of dark skies. A beautifully positioned and presented shepherds hut, with a view of penyard woods and the skirrid in the distance. With the outside area benefitting from a south facing aspect, you can enjoy the warmth of afternoon sun, leading into an evening of beautiful sunsets and starry skies on a clear night. The hut provides you with amenities that will enable you to have a comfortable and relaxing stay. The space The Honeypot is a larger than average shepherds hut, this enables it to have a large shower enclosure and a more spacious living area. The Honeypot is entirely self contained (double bed, kitchen area, fridge, shower/toilet, all connected to mains supply) with its own magical entrance via a private gravelled pathway. The hut is hidden away, a very private hideaway. Rhe garden area is partly fenced, with your private seating area. Other things to note The Honeypot is ideally placed for walking, a round of golf and many attractions. We are next door to South Herefordshire golf course and 1.5 miles from Ross golf course, which is just off jct 3 the M50. Locally we have the fabulous country inn called The Alma (1 mile), which hosts its own famous festivals, also providing beautiful meals and a friendly cosy atmosphere. The Roadmaker (2miles), based in Gorsley, is a country pub and restaurant with a fantastic curry house, the best around! The historic market town of Ross-on-Wye is 3 miles away. Symonds yat is within easy reach, here you can take in amazing walks in stunning scenery, and hire canoes for a day on the River wye. The forest of dean is just a few miles away, offering stunning woodland walks and various activities, including pedal bikeaway (bikes are available to hire), segway, go ape and much more. Westons cider factory and museum is 6 miles away, here you book a cider tour, to include a tasting session where there is also a fabulous cafe/restaurant.
