Peaceful ground floor unit nestled in a beautiful garden setting. This bright and modern one bedroom guesthouse is located only 4 minutes from Gympie CBD and opposite the Gympie Pines Golf Course. The space Recently renovated the ground floor self-contained unit offers a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave and full size fridge. One bedroom with a king bed. The bedroom has block-out blinds to ensure you get a restful sleep and plenty of storage and hanging space. There is also a mounted TV with Netflix available for relaxing in bed. The bathroom has a shower, vanity and separate toilet as well as towels for each guest, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and a small supply of toilet paper. The unit offers all the creature comforts of home including reverse cycle air-conditioning plus ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom. The combined lounge, dining and kitchen area open on to your own private outdoor deck which looks over the shared backyard and rainforest garden. The living area also has a smart TV with Netflix and a desk should you need to work during your stay. All the rooms are bright, spacious and are kept exceptionally clean. We leave complimentary Tea/Coffee and fresh milk so you can easily settle in for your stay. The unit offers a private washing machine and dryer, plus an iron and ironing board. Outside, enjoy the expansive shared yard and private covered deck, keep your eye out and you just might see the resident king parrots that come down to eat from the bird feeder! Location Walking distance (2 minutes) to the Gympie Sports Club (Pines Golf Course) which boasts casual relaxed dining, cocktails, café, gaming, golf and socialising. They are open 7 days a week from 10am to midnight. 4 minute drive (2 kilometres) to Mary Street and Gympie’s CBD, and only 3 minutes to the Gympie Hospital. Guest access Guests have private access to the entire guesthouse with lockbox check-in, as well as free WiFi & Netflix, undercover off street parking and full use of your own washing machine and dryer. Outside, guests have their own covered deck area and access to a shared backyard with clothesline. Other things to note The guesthouse is located underneath the main residence, the whole ground floor unit has it's own entrances and its use is exclusive to you whilst you’re here, access is separate to main house and utilises a lockbox. Backyard is shared and house resident owns a small dog which you may see from time to time. The backyard is fully fenced and pet friendly.
