Just minutes from the highway, exit 22, and ideally located on the Exploits Valley River, well known for its beauty and great salmon fishing. Kayaks or canoes can access the river from the backyard. Snowmobiles and atvs can access the trailbed from the home. Walking trails, trail bed, local chinese restaurant, bakery, gas station, drug store, Tim Hortons, sports bar and boat launch are just minutes away. We are also just 10 minutes away from Grand Falls-Windsor. The space Living room, kitchen, bathroom with shower and bathtub, laundry room and two queen beds. Outside we have four chairs surrounding a firepit next to the Exploits River with a spectacular view. Guest access Large driveway that can hold four or more vehicles.
