1940's retired firehouse recently lovingly restored as a private residence. Conveniently located with easy and quick access to Interstate 91 and Bradley International Airport. Fall asleep to the sounds of the waterfall and wake to the sun rising over the pond. 2 rooms, each with a Queen-size comfy bed, a TV, and a full bathroom. Family-run Italian market next door and restaurants within walking distance. Private keyless entrance. A feel of yesterday with all the modern amenities of today. The space Two bedroom, two full baths with walk-in showers. Kitchenette: with Air Fryer/toaster oven combo, microwave, mini-fridge, full-size sink, dishes, glasses, and silverware. A dining table for four and a comfortable reading area for two, as well as some cards and games. Located on the 2nd floor up an easily accessible inside flight of stairs. Guest access Private outside entrance. Free ample onsite parking. Parking can accommodate oversized vehicles, including camper trailers and/or recreational vehicles if needed. Parking is monitored by security cameras 24/7. Prior to checking in, we will be asking for a copy of your government-issued ID. Other things to note If you are flying out of Bradley International Airport (15 min away), transportation to and from the airport can easily be arranged via a ride-sharing app. Parking is available for your car in a municipal lot across the street from the accommodation during your trip. If you are having a special event, catering can be coordinated at a local restaurant. The host is a registered Justice of the Peace and can officiate a wedding.
