There is a small chest-freezer under the stairs. Breakfast bar and 2 stools. Lounge space has sofa and other seats. There is a folding dining table (and a total of 4 chairs around the house) and a folding tea table. There’s also a desk and lighting. The realflame sealed gas fire is operated by remote control. The wall mounted TV has good reception; it can be positioned to suit. Steps down to cellar and back door onto garden. The attic room is a small chill space. Dyson hand held vacuum cleaner. There is some 1-3 hour free on-road parking across the footbridge in Coleham. 10 minute walk from train station.
