Cute Apartment 6 Minutes from Mar Chiquita Beach

Located in a peaceful neighborhood just minutes from Mar Chiquita, one of Puerto Rico's loveliest beaches, this is the perfect couple's getaway. There is no TV, giving you the chance to unplug & relax. Spend the day at the beach or try one of the many restaurants & food trucks around. 10-15 minutes to the Premium Outlets, Walmart, Marshall's, and the Expreso 22 road. Note: We have 2 security cameras, one on each corner of the porch roof facing the driveway. They will be on during your stay. The space The cozy kitchen is perfect for making your own delicious meals. You'll have access to basic pots, pans, cooking utensils, etc. to whip up something yummy. Pull out one of the books or games and curl up on the sofa or sip a cup of coffee at the dining bar while listening to the birds outside the window. Flop across the queen bed or relax in the hanging hammock chair. The open closet by the bathroom has space to hang your clothes and store away your shoes or luggage on the shelf under the table. PLEASE NOTE: The apartment has several steps inside--2 up to the kitchen and 1 up to the bathroom and open closet area. These will be marked with black, non-slip tape to reduce any tripping hazard. Guest access There is free parking on the property on the concrete pad at the side of the house. You can enter the house at any time after the 3:00 check in, using the keypad on the door.
