Stay connected and entertained with high-speed internet and Netflix access. The property is ideally suited for visitors, families, business travelers, and executives seeking a convenient and comfortable stay. Located just one block from the intersection of Sunrise Blvd & Antelope Rd, you’ll find an array of dining options, fitness centers, supermarkets, shopping centers, and essential services such as banks and car rental facilities. Please note that pets are not permitted on the premises. However, we are committed to assisting those with trained service and ESA dogs in finding suitable dog-friendly accommodations nearby. Should you require staying here with a service/support dog, a refundable security deposit will be requested to cover potential damages or fines. Our commitment to a "Rent Responsibly" standard ensures a peaceful, safe, and memorable stay. We uphold local ordinances to maintain tranquility and the beauty of our community. The home features NoiseAware technology to monitor noise levels and protect against disturbances. For your security, parking is monitored with cameras, but rest assured, no video security devices are installed inside the home. Please note that this is a Duplex House. Features: - Keyless entry with door code upon arrival. - Free Internet Wi-Fi. - Family Room: Netflix, ethernet cables. - Kitchen: Coffee maker, K-cup coffee machine, toaster, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, cookware, dishes, glassware, utensils, oil, salts, and peppers. - Bathroom: Bathtub and stand-in shower, hair dryer, shampoo/conditioner, soap. - Laundry room: washer, dryer, iron, iron board, laundry detergent and softener. -We may have linens in the washer. We apologize. We can't wait for them to finish the cycle as we finish cleaning the house early. Sorry for the inconvenience. - Two parking spaces on the driveway and ample free street parking Check-in: 5 pm. Check-out: 11 am. Other things to note - Please use the dining room for eating; abstain from eating and drinking in bed. - Please take care of the house and treat the furniture and amenities with respect. - Please try to utilize the parking spaces in front of my house. - No parties allowed. - We don't allow visitors from our guest. - No pets. - No smoke inside of the property (if guest smoke inside we will charge a fee). - No drugs inside of the property (medical cannabis neither). - Locals must contact us before booking. Additional rental agreement required for 29+ night stays 30 days stay or more: We require a refundable security deposit proportional to the first month’s rent, due at the time of booking confirmation. The security deposit will be fully refunded at the end of your stay, provided no damages or violations of house rules occur. We have a professional pest control service every month. Our home is rural and surrounded by beautiful natural trees so on occasion, and despite our best efforts, a stray bug, roaches, spider, or other nature-loving creature may wander inside. This also happens during summer due to extremely hot and dry weather. Upon booking, guests accept this possibility and uncontrollable situation. Additional Note: The garage is not open for guest use, aside from accessing the washer and dryer. It’s currently being used to store extra furniture, so it may look a bit messy. We apologize for any inconvenience this might cause, and kindly note that our cleaning team isn’t responsible for maintaining that area. Thank you for your understanding!
