Description

We are pet friendly! This little 1902 house sits 1/2 block south of historic Route 66, and 2 blocks north of historic Walnut Street in Springfield, Missouri. It features a large, backyard with fence, original hardwood floors, lots of light & art, and comfortable, eclectic furnishings. Close to downtown shopping, galleries, and local flea markets, the area is perfect for walking and enjoying the sights of midtown Springfield and arts events on Walnut Street! The space Guests have private use of the whole house and outdoor spaces. Full washer-dryer and complete kitchen amenities are included. Backyard features lounging deck and grill. Other things to note There’s a full backyard for playing and privacy fence around it. Deck, grill, and outdoor dining spaces are all ready for your vacation. Please note: we cannot guarantee the security of our backyard fence for every pet. While gates cross the driveway and latch closed, some animals may be able to get out underneath. Guests are encouraged to supervise their pets in the yard. We are not responsible for your pet Because traffic near the house can be moderate, I have plenty of sound-muffling drapes for ensuring quiet sleep or you can pull them back to let in the ample sunshine.
