Featuring high ceilings and big bright windows. Street parking is available either at the front or the side of the house. The house has a lounge room (living room), complimentary coffee/tea station and fully equipped kitchen with kitchen necessities. The Private room has high ceilings with big windows. It has a FULL/DOUBLE size bed. The room has a 43” Smart TV that has Netflix, Disney+, and Prime Video Provided (No login Info needed for Netflix). Other streaming channels are included with your own login information. Toiletries are provided as well as towels. Guest access The guest has access to : - Their own private room. ON TOWELS AND SHEETS WILL BE CHARGED AUTOMATICALLY - $200 FEE. *We DO NOT OFFER shipping duties - NO SHIPPING OF ITEMS IF LEFT IN THE PROPERTY. *ALL LOST AND FOUND ITEMS ARE ONLY KEPT FOR A MAXIMUM OF 1 MONTH, AFTER THAT TIME, WE DISPOSE/DONATE THEM. *Our CHECK OUT time is BEFORE 11am.
