There is a large coat hanging rack and shoe drawer for convenience The Livingroom with high ceiling has a real wooden walnut flooring with stunning wood panelled teal media wall with a luxury level 3 sided fire and integrated 65" inch TV, interiors including Natuzzi Glass table, extremely comfortable feather filled Large Grey Sofa, large wool rug for a touch of warmth, embossed wallpaper on one wall,a built in Gas Fire, Dining Table with 4 chairs and Brass standalone lamp, Sky TV with 100s of channels including all Irish and Uk and many US TV stations, Netflix is also included and available through the Sky Box. Fast reliable Sky broadband. The modern integrated recently fitted Kitchen has all high end appliances including integrated Fridge Freezer,Dishwasher,Washer Dryer, and a Samsung induction hob and Oven.The central heating is Gas for extra comfort and is controlled by the Google Nest Third Generation Thermostat The bathroom is stunning with Spanish tiles large shower quadrant with electric shower, vanity sink with electric mirror. The main bedroom has a high insulated ceiling, plush deep velvet carpet, very comfortable hotel level King Size mattress, with lots of wardrobe space. The second bedroom has a high insulated ceiling, oak wooden flooring and large wardrobe and same level comfortable queen sized bed A small back yard. The property is professionally cleaned after every guest, all bed linens and towels are too a high standard and of course are laundered and changed after every guest including mattress protectors. The duvets are changed regularly and changed from summer to winter to ensure complete comfort for your stay Guest access The entire house is available except the two storage area doors under the stairwell, this area is for cleaners. The property has a ground floor with hall,kitchen, bathroom and large livingroom, and small back garden. The first floor upstairs has 2 bedrooms one with King size bed (150cm wide)the other has a queen size bed(135cm wide). Checkin is strictly 3PM, arriving at 2.30pm/2.45pm is not an option or to drop off bags early as cleaners require the space, there is a luggage storage option Radicalstorage just 5 minutes walk from the house under location "Dublin Castle" Sunnys Newsagent @ €5 per bag or many other options such as Usebounce or Staycity. The checkout time is strictly 11am or before. Guests are asked to please not use the cordless vacumn cleaner, that is for the cleaners, this is due to breakage from misuse, a large and small brush and pan are provided if required. Other things to note There is also hairdryer,iron, ironing board, tea coffee making facilities. The kitchen has washing machine capsules, dishwasher tablets, the bathroom has shower gel and shampoo and cleaning products. All bed linens and towels are changed & professionally laundered and ironed after each stay.There is also extra pillows and blankets etc if required. Any bookings over 7 days the usage of Electricity & Gas the guest will cover this cost.
