The large fully equipped kitchen with grand island is great for entertaining and family time. There is a separate wet bar area with door to patio entertaining area. Ample parking for vehicles and boat. The space Property is close to restaurants as well as shopping. Other things to note The Golf Cart is the funnest way to get around Port O'Connor and with our rental it comes free. If you need to rent another there are rentals in POC and will run $350 for the weekend. Dogs are only allowed kenneled in the garage or in the backyard. Sorry, too many problems with pets. Carpet has JUST been replaced.
