The space ✨Welcome to La Maison des Tilleuls, a cozy 100 m² house nestled in a peaceful environment, perfect for a stay with family or friends. ✨ Located close to downtown L'Aigle, this 100 m² house is designed to accommodate up to 8 guests (5 adults and 3 children). ⭐ Sleeping areas With 3 comfortable bedrooms upstairs, including two double bedrooms, one bedroom with a bunk bed and a single bed. A pull-out bed under the bunk bed. Upon request, baby bed, highchair for baby. Comfortable bedding for a restful night. ⭐Equipped kitchen With electric oven, stove, microwave, filter coffee maker, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes, cooking utensils, wine glasses. You can cook just like at home. ⭐Dining area In the dining room, a table for 8 people with chairs and a working fireplace (first logs provided) ⭐ The Living Room A living room with HD TV (local DTT channels), a non-convertible sofa, a piano for music lovers, and a library for young and old. **** Please note that the living room fireplace is not functional. Don't make a fire. ⭐ Bathroom Bathroom with bathtub on the ground floor. Heated towel rail (please turn it off after use). In order to preserve the tranquility of the residents, parties and events are strictly forbidden. ✔️ Quiet hours must be observed from 8 p.m. to 8 a.m. During this time period, we kindly ask you to: In the pool area: avoid shouting, screaming, singing, and any noise pollution. Outside the house: do not play music and limit loud conversations. During the summer, be particularly mindful of noise levels, especially around the pool and outdoor areas. In the event of a complaint from the neighborhood about noise, and if it is confirmed or requires action on our part, a fixed penalty of €100 will be charged to the booking holder. Any repeated breach may also result in an early termination of the stay, without a refund. You can still come by Taxi from Gare de L'Aigle (Ligne Paris). → THE LITTLE EXTRAS: You will have access to the private covered and heated swimming pool from May to the end of September, the barbecue, the bocce court, the children's games. You will have free and private parking space in the property. → BE CAREFUL with household waste management: In Normandy, waste sorting is mandatory. To make your stay easier, we provide you with gray/white bags, intended only for household waste. Recyclable packaging (plastic, cardboard, metal), glass and other recyclable waste should not be placed in these bags. Please use the sorting containers provided for this purpose, the location of which is indicated on the sign in the accommodation. Please do not use black garbage bags in the accommodation. If you leave on a day other than Tuesday, please leave your bag in the garage. In the event of non-compliance with the sorting instructions (in particular if recyclable packaging is mixed with household waste), we will be forced to make an additional trip to the recycling center. A flat fee of €30 may then be charged to cover this service. We appreciate your understanding and your contribution to respecting the environment.
