Relax with the whole family/friends at this peaceful place to stay & experience the nature with tree plantations and a flowing river over 5 acres. Other things to note 1] Food meals, service & cleaning: -The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, crockery & cooking utensils -4 full time care takers will be available for cleaning, service & cooking homemade meals. The service cost of the caretakers is included in the stay price. -Food ingredients & water bottles cost (MRP) to be paid by guests, the caretakers will provide the guests with the supermarket bill. Caretakers can cook basic homemade meals like roti sabji, dal rice, pav bhaji, poha, bhajiyas, toast, etc. -Guests can also self cook -Guest can also bring their own ingredients from home & a chef from home as well if they wish to ( sleeping arrangement of an extra bed for the chef will be done ) Note-Only Vegetarian food will be allowed to cook & consume in the property 2] Air conditioners are only available in the bedrooms and not in the living room due to the large size of the living room. 3] Consumption of alchohol: Responsible drinking is permitted in the property. 4] Consumption of cigarettes/e-cigarettes: Permitted only outside the house in the lawn area & not inside the house. Cigarette buds need to be stashed properly in the dust bin and not thrown on the ground. 5] Consumption of drugs: Any kind of consumption of drugs including marijuana is strictly prohibited in the entire property & can lead to police involvement. 6] Extreme Loud Music & partying is prohibited. Guests can enjoy playing music upto a reasonable volume 7] Amenities provided: - pool balls & pool stick - Table Tennis Racquets & ball - 8 pairs of blanket & towels ( for large groups it is recommended to carry extra ) 8] Recommended things to carry: - toiletries - Cards & poker chips for cards enthusiasts - board games - speaker for music - cricket bat & ball - football 9] plucking of fruits & vegetables from the trees of the property is strictly prohibited and will result to a fine 10] Electricity: As the villa is in a forest area, there maybe power outages which last usually for 10-20 mins and happen usually during the monsoon seasons due to heavy rains. inverters are placed in the villa on which few lights & fans will be operational if there is an outage. On extreme rare occasions, Incase there is an electric outage for a very long time ( 8 hours & beyond ) - we apologise in advance for the inconvenience & will provide the guests with a partial refund of the stay once the guest check out or will provide the guest with a free night on a future date.
