You may occasionally hear the activity of the tenants above you (showering, washing, flushing). It's also a semi-detached building, so there's a common wall with the neighboring triplex. Respect for the neighborhood, house rules and "quiet" hours is very important to us. Please note that the triplex is built on rock and that the cellular network is rather weak (tested with Telus, Virgin). However, you will be able to make Wi-fi calls. Travelers will be responsible for managing the garbage/recycling bins and their own housekeeping/laundry during their stay. The necessary equipment will be at their disposal. The railroad is close by and we can hear the trains passing by.
