You will be able to see great views of Medellin valley. The building has 24-hour security guards, all hallways and elevators are under security cams for everyone's security, outdoor gaming tables and a small outdoor gym. The building it is located 1 block away from the Tranvia station Bicentenario, 6 blocks away from el Exito supermarket and a shopping Mall. Also, you will find within small walking distances several restaurants, grocery stores, hair salons, ATMs, national banks, hardware stores, liquor stores, hospitals, museums, gyms, airport transportation taxi and a police station.
