Erdre – St Mihiel Two-story house

Ideally located next to the Saint Mihiel Bridge, this unique accommodation is close to all sights and amenities. (C6 20 m, Tram line 2 200 m, North Station 20 min walk) On sunny days you can enjoy the terraces of cafes and restaurants on the banks of the river 200 m down the street. Be careful though, it's a multi-story house! There are 6 levels from the cellar to the mezzanine. The space You will stay in our house, it is occupied on a daily basis by our couple and our 2 children aged 9 and 13... so it's a house that lives! Far from the model home or hotel suite, you will live among our objects, photos and everything that makes up our daily life. We trust you to respect our home as you would like us to respect yours. We built our house in 2014 on a small plot of land, it was a garage that we got from our family! It was therefore necessary to show ingenuity and add the floors so that everything could find its place. This information is very important because a person with reduced mobility will find it difficult to live with us. You will have to climb 3 floors, without an elevator, to reach the living room and its small Tropezian terrace! The sofa is convertible and can accommodate 2 people. Another floor and you find yourself in the master bedroom set on a mezzanine overlooking the city. On the 2nd floor, under the living room you will find the fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher (capricious!)) and its dining area for 6 people. Our youngest daughter's room is also on this level, it has 2 beds of 90 x 200 accessible by ladders for children from 5 years old or adventurous adults! The bathroom is on the first floor with our teenager's room that we keep closed for rent. It is equipped with a washbasin, bathtub and a walk-in shower. On the ground floor you will find a mini laundry area with washing machine and dryer. Guest access Anaëlle is a very good friend who knows the house by heart as well as its owners. She will take care of you from the time of booking until you check in and check out. Because when we rent our house to you, it's when we are away!!!
