The beauty of a small Texas farmhouse from the 1800's with all of the modern day conveniences. Minutes from Sundance Square (downtown Fort Worth), TCU, Fort Worth Zoo, Clear Fork Shopping District, Benbrook Lake, and many other areas of interest. The space Newly constructed property (2024) in a gated subdivision. This is a free standing house and sits approximately 60 feet from the main residence. Based on an 1880's Texas farmhouse, it has a loft with a queen size bed, back deck that leads to a fire pit, front porch with rocking chairs and amazing views. The main floor has a kitchen with full-sized oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, and two burner electric stove top. Separate pantry has washer/dryer, coffee bar, microwave oven, and storage. Living room has a queen size sofa/sleeper, and 50" TV. Bathroom has a walk-in shower. Guest access On-site parking for one vehicle. Other things to note We are a non-smoking/vaping residence. Illicit drug use strictly prohibited. Guests will have access to one parking spot on the property and cottage. There is no guest access to the greenhouse or main house without host approval. We are not able to accommodate requests to host events such as birthday parties, weddings, or group gatherings.
