Due to our proximity to the airport, you may hear minor noises such as the occasional sound of airplanes overhead and the hum of traffic during peak hours. We're in the middle of a dynamic urban landscape so expect cityscape skyline. We're 10 minutes away from Mall of Asia, SMX Convention Center, SM MOA Arena, 20 minutes away from the airport, and within walking distance to coffee shops, grocery stores, banks, and pharmacy. IMPORTANT NOTE: In accordance to the condominium's policy, we are only allowed to accept 4 pax per unit, including children/infants. Please note that Shore Residences is a residential condominium, and Crizzy's Hub is an Airbnb, a home. While we don’t expect you to handle laundry, strip beds, or perform general cleaning as this is our responsibility, we kindly ask that per the house rule that you take care of your trash, clean the dishes that you use, and maintain the space in good condition, as you would in your own home. Complimentary amenities are provided, but it is the guest's responsibility to manage other necessities during your stay. Guest access 1. We provide easy check-in. Instruction for the passcode will be given a day before your arrival. Note: Per the condo's policy, we are required to submit IDs of all our guests. Kindly send the IDs upon the confirmation of your booking. Only the guests who have booked the unit will be provided with the approved form, and they will be the only individuals permitted to enter. Day visitors are not advisable. 2. We have an honesty store inside the unit. It offers a selection of drinks and snacks for your convenience. Simply choose what you'd like, check the prices attached to each item, and leave your payment in the designated payment box. 3. Pool access coupon is available at Shore Residences Tower C's payment center. 150php from Monday to Sunday, and 300php during holidays. We can get access coupon for you. If you want to avail, message us during the confirmation of your booking so we can get them for you before your arrival. In the case that you are already at the unit when you decide to use the pool, kindly send us a message so we can provide instructions how to pay for the pool stubs. Note: Our units does not have direct access to the pool. 4. We inly provide 2 complimentary towels. Extra towels must be requested immediately upon booking confirmation with minimal fee. Requests made later may not be guaranteed. 5. We don't provide parking. There's a paid parking in front of the building. (50 pesos for 4 hours, and another 50 for succeeding hours. Overnight fee of 300 is from 1:30AM to 6:00AM). We have a tie-in with basement parking owners but this is subject to availability. If you want to reserve a parking slot, let us know immediately. Saving tips: Mall of Asia and parking surrounding the mall offers a 50 pesos fee for 4 hours and 10 pesos for every succeeding hour. Their overnight fee is a fixed price of 200 pesos. MAAX parking bldg (1.6 km away from Shore Residences) has a flat rate of 50 pesos for day parking and 300 fixed rate for overnight parking. IMPORTANT NOTE: This a self-check-in unit, and everything will be prepared for your arrival. Since the check-in process is self-managed, host won’t be around the area during your stay.
