Can Turalles was built in the 1950s by our grandparents, and we are delighted to make it available to you. It is located 2 minutes from the village of Sant Esteve de'n Bas in the middle of the valley with privileged views. It is located 7 km from Olot, near the volcanic area of La Garrotxa known for the famous Fageda d'en Jordà and its gastronomy. Ideal for enjoying the surroundings with family or friends and taking advantage of the many outdoor activities. The space Independent two-story house with a maximum capacity of 12 people. On the first floor at the foot of the patio there is a nice entrance hall, a spacious living room with a rustic kitchen fully equipped with an American refrigerator, microwave, oven, induction hob, a large sink with recycling cubes, dishwasher and a fireplace. Next to it is a cozy dining room with a large table for 12 people . There is also a living room with two couches and a sofa bed for people with reduced mobility, wifi, TV, sets of tables and puzzles for the little ones. A full bathroom with a shower tray and a very small room for brooms, shopkeeper, iron and washing machine. On the second floor it has a quadruple room ideal for families with children with one double bed and two singles. Two double bedrooms with a large double bed and a double room with the option to join or separate the beds. There is also a multipurpose room with a sofa bed, mini desk, TV and a full bathroom with a shower tray. The outdoor space is fenced and is divided into two areas with a large patio and a garden. There are two tables with pergolas, BBQ area, a ping-pong table and a badminton. There is also a covered chill-out area where you can play dodgeball with the kids. The house is very close to the village and surrounded by farmland, with nice views of the mountains in the valley. Guest access Can Turalles is a shared farmhouse with two buildings to rehabilitate in a future, with its cabin where animal food and stable were kept. In these two areas, its access is totally restricted. Access is only possible from the downstairs area of the cabin, where the chill-out area is located, featuring a foosball table and games for the kids. Parking is free and located right off the road with a capacity for seven cars. You cannot enter the cars inside the portal as you have to leave free access for security. Other things to note The tourist tax is charged separately from the platform price once you arrive at Can Turalles; currently, it is €2/person/night for guests under 16 (maximum 7 days). We will also ask for the national identification numbers of all the people staying in the house in order to complete the registration required by the government. For children who do not have an ID card, we only ask for their first and last names and to know who their parents are. The house has a first floor on the street, which we offer a living room with a sofa bed and a bathroom for people with reduced mobility, before talking to me. Pets are not allowed. No parties or people who are not in the reservation. We have discount tickets to go to the village pool that is 800 m from the house. But there are pools a few minutes away by car to take a dip.
