Right on the sand, located just 50 meters from the beach, this beachfront property is perfect for groups of up to 26 people. The values expressed on the platform are suitable for groups of up to 16 people. For quantities exceeding this, there will be an increase of 80 reais per person / day, as configured in the platform registration. The space Description of the Beach House This charming beach house by the sea has a swimming pool with a waterslide and a large leisure area, ideal for living unforgettable moments with family and friends. For food lovers, the property has a barbecue, wood-fired pizza oven and cooktop, perfect for preparing delicious outdoor meals. The gourmet area consists of two granite tables, with 8 chairs each. There is also a brewery, sink and counters with ample space, creating the ideal environment for dining and relaxed gatherings. Our leisure area has two swimming pools, a waterslide, a waterfall and a shade, and best of all: all this next to the gourmet area. On the terrace, you will find tables, chairs and a sofa, where you can relax and admire the spectacular view of the beach. In addition, we have two hammocks for your comfort, perfect for relaxing to the sound of the ocean waves. Internal Accommodations The house has 8 bedrooms, 3 of which are en-suites, distributed between the inside and outside of the house, ALL equipped with air-conditioning, black-out curtains, Wi-Fi and bed and bath linens. We have a minibar only in the external rooms). The kitchen is large and well equipped (with two refrigerators, stove, microwave, air fryer, orange squeezer, sandwich maker, coffee maker, complete cutlery, utensils in general), complemented by a dining room with a table for 12 people, in addition to our comfortable living room with smart TV. Parking The house offers a covered garage for 6 cars, as well as additional parking spaces for 9 more vehicles, ensuring comfort and convenience for all guests. Location Genipabu is a stunning beach, famous for its vast dunes and crystal-clear lagoons, located just 21 km from Natal/RN. Guest access The person responsible for the reservation must inform the arrival time and the names of the guests. Guests will be welcomed by the owner or housekeeper, when information about the operation of the house will be passed on, as well as the delivery of the keys. Access will be granted to the 16 guests, with additional guests or visitors only allowed with authorization. The control of the number of guests will be carried out by the housekeeper, according to the entrance of the vehicles. Guests have access to all common areas of the house, in addition to the suites/rooms contracted for rental. The house accommodates up to 26 guests in double and single beds, in the 8 bedrooms available and distributed between the internal and external areas of the house. Some rooms are double-sized and others are family-sized, accommodating between 3 and 5 people comfortably. Rooms are released according to the number of guests:  – Up to 16 people: 6 rooms available  – Maximum occupancy (26 people): 8 rooms available Our prices already include pool cleaning, water, gas and electricity. We can recommend some services for guests to hire, such as a cook, kitchen and cleaning assistant, barbecue chef, singer/music band, airport transfer, buggy rides, visits to Natal, restaurants, supermarkets, grocery stores and any other service that guests wish to hire to better enjoy their days in our home. It is expressly forbidden to guests and people who are in the house, to carry, consume, use, store or allow the use of narcotics, illicit drugs or any substances prohibited by law, both inside the property and in its external areas, surroundings, dependencies and common areas. Minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by their parents or authorized by them - Law No. 8.069/90. Our check-in is from 2 p.m., and check-out: until 12 p.m. See availability for early check-in or late check-out. We change bed/bath linens for reservations over 7 nights. We do not serve any type of meal or breakfast. Capacity: 16 guests (including children and visitors). We do not count babies. For more than 16 people, we charge an additional fee per excess guest: R$80.00 per night, per person. Maximum capacity: 26 people. Visitors: Allowed, as long as the total number of occupants is paid. Otherwise, visitors will be considered excess guests, with a charge of R$ 80.00 per night, per person, even if they do not stay overnight. We have a pool attendant who cleans the pool twice a week, and a caretaker responsible for the house's maintenance activities, including garden care, as well as the collection and organization of garbage, ensuring that the space always remains clean and well maintained.
