Guest access ***Occupancy/Events/Parties*** - Homes Sleeps 18 - Must have Host/Owner permission for more guests in home. - 17-29 Visiting Guests - No Charge - 30-49 Visiting Guests - $1,500 event fee - 50-80 Visiting Guests - $3,000 event fee (maximum and must be outdoors) Additional information needed: parking plan, food & beverage catering plan, trash removal, and portable restroom.
