Villa "Andrea" is a luxury guest house located in the village of Rogachevo. The place combines mountain air and sea views, with a panorama of the resorts Albena and Kranevo, 5 minutes away by car. The villa has a heated pool with jacuzzi, a large sun terrace with sun loungers, a wooden tent, a garden, a charcoal grill and an outdoor dinner table. The villa includes a banquet with 30 seats, a kitchen, a living room with a pool table, a fireplace and a smart TV. The cast capicity is up to 15 people, distributed in 5 bedrooms and 4d bathrooms. The space At the villa, guests have at their disposal a 4x8 meter swimming pool, with a jacuzzi at one end of it. The pool is solar heated. Our guests can also enjoy a large sun terrace with sunbeds and a well-kept garden. In the courtyard, our guests can find a charcoal grill, a corner with garden furniture, as well as a large table to enjoy the warm summer evenings with a nice meal and a drink. From the summer terrace and the pool you have a great view of the sea. There are also parking spaces for 3 cars in the courtyard. Car parking is also available on the street next to the villa. In the villa we have a large banquet hall with a capacity of up to 30 people, a separate kitchen for meal preparation, a living room with a pool table, a fireplace and a large smart TV. Next to the dining room is also our SPA Room with sauna, jacuzzi and shower. The jacuzzi warms to 40 degrees and the sauna to 70 degrees. There is also a cold shower, sun loungers and towels in the unit. The villa has 5 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 15 people. The bedrooms are distributed as follows: On the 1st floor there is one bedroom with a king bed and its own bathroom. In the same room there is also a foldable sofabed for 2 people. On the 2nd floor there are 2 suites, each apartment has 2 bedrooms, one of which has a double bed and the other with 2 single beds that can be joined. There is one full bathroom in each suite. There is also a 1 person fold out sofa in the living room.. There is also another bathroom on the first floor which is not allocated to any room. Guest access At Villa Andrea we offer 2 types of accommodation. Option 1: Guests can be personally greeted by the villa host ( for the hours of 14:00 - 20:00). On this option, you can provide your identification cards, and pay the deposit of 400lv. (deposit to be returned when leaving the villa) on site in cash. Option 2: You may benefit from our contactless check-in option. We will leave the keys in the key box next to the door, the code for the box will be provided to you on the day of check-in. To commemorate self check-in, it is necessary to send photos of the ID cards of all guests in advance, as well as the deposit of BGN 400 in advance on Revolut. Upon leaving you will receive your deposit back at Revolut. Other things to note The sauna and jacuzzi are not included in the price of the villa, but have an extra charge of 120 BGN per day. The swimming pool in the courtyard of the villa is open from 01/05 to 30/09 and is free to the price of the villa. Loud music in the courtyard of Villa Andrea is prohibited during the hours of 14.00 to 16.00 and after 22.00. During these hours the party can continue indoors in the dining room or hall of the villa
