The Royal Charter Holiday Let is set in a peaceful location near the beautiful fishing village of Moelfre, famous for it’s historic Lifeboat station and The Kimnel Arms pub and other quaint amenities. The spacious tasteful apartment is ideal for families and has a large secure balcony, hot tub and lawned garden. Enjoy a taste of country life only 5 minutes from a selection of beautiful beaches and costal path. Making it the perfect escape on the Idyllic Island of Anglesey! The space Located in Llanallgo just 5 minutes from the fishing village of Moelfre, famous for it’s historic Lifeboat station and The Kimnel arms pub and other quaint amenities. Ground floor - spacious country kitchen with centre dining table seats 6. Ideal for socialising, electric hob and cooker, large fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, lots of storage! Our holiday let is spacious 2 storey living with living area, bathrooms and bedrooms upstairs. Bedroom one - Double bedroom with wardrobe and bedside drawers. views over the countryside and distant sea views. Bedroom two- Twin beds with wardrobe and drawers views over the fields and distant sea views. Bedroom three- Small room with Bunk beds (please see photo) room better suited for children. Living room - 2x three seater sofas, wall mounted tv, Wi-Fi, Bathroom one- bath toilet, sink Shower room- Walk in shower, toilet, sink. Large balcony overlooking the back garden with rattan sitting area and picnic table. Large parking area- please message if you would like to bring a boat or jet ski and we can try to accommodate you. There is a small lawn in front of the apartment that you can use. We have beautiful chickens in a run at the back of the garden that you can feed and we can provide fresh organic eggs when they are laying. We have a hot tub! Relax after a long day out. Local Beaches- The closest beaches are Lligwy Beach, Traeth Bychan Beach & Benllech beach all with in a 5 minute car journey. We are set within the farmers fields and sometimes have cows/ bulls in the field so it is better to drive out of the property. Local amenities Moelfre - The Kimnel Arms pub, Y-Dec pizza, chippy, Ann’s pantry cafe, Shabby & Chic, and the famous life boat station. Benllech also has an array of amenities, pubs, restaurants, small supermarkets, shops and take aways etc Guest access You can use the back garden & decking. Please do not come to the front or side areas of the house as this is a private space. The back yard is also private. Gates are marked with private signs.
