There is one full bathroom on this level. The living room flows effortlessly onto the deck through large glass sliding doors beaconing you to venture across the lawn towards the lake. Head up the stairs to the first floor where you will find three bedrooms (one with ensuite) all with queen size beds. A second bathroom, a sun filled sitting room with you guessed it...more lake views! This level also has a partial kitchen (without sink) The property sleeps a maximum of 10 people. There is also ample off-street parking with two cars in the carport and if needed two more could be parked in the driveway. On days when the lake side of the house may be less favourable (perhaps the prevailing wind is blowing from across the lake) there is a second option of a private courtyard at the rear of the property ideally suited to intimate alfresco dining. This is the perfect space for two families to converge for a holiday together. The kids and adults alike will love it! As this is a lake edge property and the water table in the area is high, the front lawn and also the driveway can be prone to flooding in periods of heavy or consistent rainfall.
