Where nature and recreation actively meet. Our "Happy Nest" is located directly on the Trier-Koblenz railway line, about 20 km from Trier, in the Meulenwald / Moselle Valley recreation area. Luxembourg can be reached in a few minutes by car. Right at your doorstep, cycling and hiking trails start. In the immediate vicinity there are many more leisure, cultural and sports activities. The newly renovated guest house, located in the garden, with terrace and separate house entrance, is suitable for max. 4 people. The space The approx. 64 sqm newly renovated guest house, with separate house entrance (entrance 9b), is suitable for max. 4 people. It consists of an open living and kitchen room, a bedroom with box spring bed and a bathroom with shower and washer-dryer. The bedroom can also be used as a study with its own desk and a second TV. In addition to the double bed in the bedroom, there is a sofa bed (1.10 m x 2 m) and a sleeping chair (0.85 m x 2 m) for one person each in the living room/kitchen. A total of up to 4 people can stay in the guest house. The house includes a terrace surrounded by bushes with a garden, garden chairs and an umbrella. Right next to the house is a carport and other parking options for larger vehicles. Two additional trash cans are located next to the garden gate in a trash can box. Guest access On the street side there is a car port for house 9b. You can get to the house entrance through a garden gate. On request there is also a parking space for a motorhome. Other things to note The wastewater has a lifting system. Therefore, no foreign objects may be disposed of in the drain.
