It is ideal for anyone looking for a country cottage by the sea vibe or a long term stay. The space Katamah is a collection of cottages and suites nestled in 2 acres of lush tropical gardens... Enjoy paradise with the spring water dip pool, AC cooled fitness center, Wi-Fi through out, work spaces, and games room. Step outside the front gates and onto the beach path, bringing you to the beautiful sandy beach and Caribbean sea. Food and drink available next door at Wise Wellness Center offering fresh salads, sandwiches, smoothies and juices. You will also be in walking distance to other local restaurants and shops at Katamah. It is a perfect location to discover all the wonders of Jamaica's South Coast! Codes provided at Check in. Other things to note Smoking: Smoking is permitted outdoors and in the personal patios/terraces of your rental. We ask smokers to be respectful of non smokers personal space as there is ample space for everyones comfort. Security: The property is in the very safe village of Treasure Beach in a residential area. The 2 acre yard is fully fenced and strictly guests only, attended to by our team of local staff which makes it very private, safe and secure. There is CCTV of common walkways and the communal facilities. Extra Persons: Additional guests or friends/family day visitors must be requested and approved in advance by management for each reservation. Extra persons added to a reservation incur a $30 US/day fee. Pets/Animals: We have a strict no pets policy Pets, Dogs or Cats stray or found are not allowed on the premises or in the guestrooms. Any guests found to have brought a cat or dog inside their guest room will be charged a $100 cleaning fee as well as be required to leave the property without the option of refund.
