At the forefront of the property stands a quaint 1930s bungalow-style home, facing the park. Nestled behind it are three newly constructed cottages. Positioned in a semicircle formation, the cottages encircle a common area shaded by the sprawling branches of an ancient oak tree. This natural canopy provides a refreshing retreat on hot sunny days while still allowing gentle, filtered light to permeate the space.
